I create dark high fashion images that use sparse lighting to guide the viewer to see beauty in the model and the drama in the clothing.  Often referred to as "moody", I prefer to see my photography as intense and specific as the limited use of lighting creates "intense" and "specific" highlights in the photo for a unique, edgy, often sensual and sexy but always a high end fashion magazine look.  These pictures create an impact, stand out in a portfolio, and cause viewers to come back to look again and again to see what they can find in the shadows. 

NOTE: I do not shoot crappy photos for the sake of having a pretty girl in front of my camera and I do not shoot artistic nudes because thats usually just another excuse to have a pretty girl in front of the camera.  I shoot fashion pictures.  They sometimes have nudity as a part of the look and feel of a high end fashion photo (see any european fashion magazine).  They will be polished and professional (as evidenced by my portfolio) and will add to your portfolio (especially if your portfolio is currently filled with snapshots and bad lighting by guys that use the word "artistic" as an excuse for getting you to reveal in front of their camera).  They had nothing to offer, and thats why you got paid by them.  I have something serious to offer, so unless its a shoot for a paying client, I don't pay just to take a revealing photo... it will be a trade for quality work by both of us.

I am looking for exciting and edgy models who are daring and fun.  I am also interested in any MUAs or wardrobe stylists.  I am willing to travel with expenses paid and can do TFP work if you have a really great idea or show great potential.

I am very professional but at the same time I am constantly told that my sessions are some of the most fun and relaxed photo shoots a model has been on.  Because of this, I often shoot with the same models many times.  This comfort and fun atmosphere also leads to many models asking me to work with them when they want to try something more daring, risque, or revealing for their first time.
