Hi. Thanks for visiting my page!
I was born an artist. **I am always in search of talented muses! Nude and Non-Nude models are welcome to collaborate with me.** I have gone on hiatus from my career as a graphic designer, in order to pursue my own creative vision on a full-time basis. I enjoy drawing from life, and from my imagination, but I sometimes generate my drawings and paintings from assorted photo references, due to time constraints. I want to shoot some underwater nudes this summer, and plan to do a series of paintings based on these photos. I am a man of divergent tastes. I love the art of the Italian Renaissance and the Harlem Renaissance. I enjoy Pop Art and Expressionism. I adore Art Deco and grafitti...Elizabeth Catlett and Roy Lichtenstein. I could go on, ad infinitum!! I have earned a BFA in Communication Arts and Design, and my MFA degree in Painting. I love bold, intense, saturated colors! I am traditionally a figurative painter, but I also enjoy creating abstract works. I am also an aspiring sculptor, and a competent photographer. Most of my photographs serve as artistic references for my other creative endeavors. Hope to meet creative individuals from all walks of life on MM, and in everything I do!
