As a Dutch person I am pretty sane, correction working with me can be insane.
When doing a shoot I want a relaxed atmosphere, that everyone that works along has a feeling that they matter, that we are getting somewhere.
In for a joke, never lazy, no nonsense attitude.
Honest and perhaps to honest.
Eager to get the most out of the model en the scenery.

Not to mention the countries I still want to visit nor revisit to get those pictures I have been dreaming of to make.
