About Me

I’m Dawn V. Gilmore, a full-time professional photographer specializing in luxury portraiture since 2009. With over 15 years of experience behind the lens, I create empowering, high-end imagery that celebrates the confidence, beauty, and individuality of every woman I photograph.

I own a private studio located just a block from the beach in beautiful Biloxi, Mississippi. Nestled inside The Offices at the Sanctuary, this elegant space offers both natural light and dramatic studio lighting setups—perfect for everything from editorial-style beauty portraits to bold, creative concepts. I also have exclusive access to unique set designs, themed Airbnb spaces, and a connected event venue that adds even more versatility to my sessions.

My specialties include headshots, branding, glamour, maternity, boudoir, and creative concept photography. Whether it’s a soft, ethereal look or a bold, edgy editorial vibe, I strive to create a comfortable, professional environment where models feel safe, celebrated, and seen.

I’m always looking to collaborate with talented local models on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to bring new lighting techniques and creative ideas to life. I frequently offer Trade-for-Digital (TFD) sessions to models looking to build or refresh their portfolios while helping me test out new concepts, sets, and styles. All TFD shoots are done professionally, with guidance, posing direction, and clear expectations from start to finish.
