I started working in a salon when I was 16 years old, and have been a stylist now for 10 years. The first business I owned was a makeup company. I rented space in the salon I was doing hair, and hired a makeup artist, Jon to take care of the makeup application and sales. Jon and I decided to start a business together doing on-site wedding day hair and makeup.
We have continued this business (Gloss On-Site Hair and Makeup) for the past 5 years and in 2009, opened Gloss Salon in Newark, DE.
We now have 4 stylist working for us and took on a partner, Lauren.
Over the past few months we have been fortunate to be part of the Photog Shootout. We are having our first shootout in at the salon in 2 weeks and need MODELS! So, here we are:)
