Hey, I just opened a new and second private shared co-op studio in downtown San Jose called The ATTIC. Its on the top (13th) floor of an old historic building.. It is very old rustic with concrete walls, floor, ceilings, exposed pipes, very dungeon like... Its comes fully equipped with strobes, modifiers and backgrounds for only $250 a month.
