I’m Daniel Hendricks Simon, an award-winning director, cinematographer, editor, producer, writer, and actor.

My debut feature, Lonely Boys, premiered at First Time Fest, was an official selection at the Greenwich International Film Festival, and is now available on Amazon Prime, MGM plus and other platforms.

My second feature film, Another Year Together, received significant acclaim, winning Best Romantic Feature at the Manhattan Film Festival and sweeping the Hunter Mountain Film Festival with awards for Best Feature Film, Best Director, and Best Actor. That is going to be available at Manhattanfilmworksllc.com this Thanksgiving.

I also continue to work on various short films and documentaries including my series for social media The Last Act.

Beyond independent film, I’ve collaborated with organizations including Barnes & Noble, Scholastic, and the New York City Ballet. I’m currently developing The Last Act, an innovative feature-length narrative designed specifically for social media.
