Hi,

I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in Nottingham. I’ve been a photographer for over 25 years and started my training in Medical Photography - yuk! I had a break from full-time photography when I retrained at uni a teacher but couldn’t keep away and 4 years ago I set up my own business. In both my wedding and portrait work I try to bring fun to my images and work on my own style rather than try to emulate anyone else's. I want to break into fashion and editorial photography and I’m looking for models, stylists, make-up artists etc interested in being involved in themed shoots. I love the work of Ruven Afanador, and think Annie Leibovitz is a genius. I’m inspired by artists such as Modigliani and Jack Vettriano, and burlesque imagery. I love dark moody sinister images. I’m not ashamed to admit I’m new to this genre of photography but have the technical skills and creativity to be able to pull off the ideas running round my grey matter.
