Part of Key 13 Films, Key 13 Photography is based in Frederick, Maryland, and exists for one reason: to create bold, imaginative, and emotionally resonant images. From portraiture and conceptual shoots to video and fine art projects, every session is designed as an experience — not just a photo shoot.
What drives me now is collaboration and exploration. I love creating an environment where models, artists, and performers can try something different — to play with identity, mood, and story. I’m currently developing several themed and experimental photo concepts, and I’m always looking for people who want to push boundaries and explore new ideas with me. Every shoot is built around mood and meaning — the way light falls, how a pose feels, how color changes emotion. Whether you want to capture your strength, your vulnerability, your fantasy, or your mystery, I want to help you express it in a way that feels true and cinematic. The studio is based in Frederick, MD, but I also travel throughout Maryland, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Delaware. My gear is fully portable, so we can shoot on location — in a forest, an abandoned space, or a room transformed into a dreamscape. I also maintain a growing collection of costumes, props, and set pieces to help bring our ideas to life.
