Hi there, I'm a total novice, dipping my toe in the water, so to speak. My main line of work has been in the performing arts; I performed with a regional ballet company here in So Cal for 15 years (and performed as a guest artist with other regionals), I'm a ballet class pianist, experienced ballet teacher, and recently completed my BA Dance Education at the Royal Academy of Dance/University of Surrey in the UK. Since returning to Southern California, I've also registered with Central Casting in Burbank as a Background Actor, and have done shoots for CSI: Miami and Flash Forward.

People have frequently said I'm photogenic, that I would make a nice model, and have given me compliments on my pics. I know I'm not 'classically handsome' but that I have unique qualities, and I was fortunate enough to meet several dedicated amateur photographers in London who managed to see me in a way I had not seen myself. I thought I would join here and see if this is yet another way I can supplement my main line of work. Your constructive criticism and advice would be greatly appreciated.
