Fashion Wardrobe & Accessories Stylist here! My mission is to cater to a New World Order where in the fashion industry we see more diversity and not more of one thing and less of everything else. Feel me? I will be working independently alongside many masterful photographers (many special thanks to House of Onyx Studios for a crash course internship on the industry :). I enjoy fashion & dressing women;...witnessing confident, intelligent women of distinct ethnicities breathe life into clothing is a big turn on for me. My inspirations come from everywhere. I am strongly influenced by an ecclectic range of inspirations. I especially like Japanese Street fashion and Designers such as Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto, and Rei Kawakubo of the Comme des Garçons and Tomoko Yamanaka. These styles are extreme and avant-garde, similar to the haute couture seen on European catwalks and cutting edge!
I am also inspired by the matriarch members of Baptist's churches with their Sunday's best (big hats, suits, gloves, etc.) just as much as I am inspired by the latest creations straight from Europe's fashion houses. I also derive insights from what people are wearing right here in New York City; in the Urban and inner city neighborhoods and the old "skool", classic Hollywood is always hot too. I am inspired solely by nature, creativity & imagination.
My purpose in doing this is to aide those struggling artists in this recession achieve their modeling goals by offering personal shopping, accessorizing & styling services at an economical rate so they can feel and be confident during their photo shoot within their portfolio building process.
