Mick, back in 2014, I left the following tag:
"The photographic industry has lost one of the true masters of photographic art. He had a unique style that he perfected, and I appreciated his art very much.

I am thankful to have had the pleasure of working with Mick on a number of occasions. I learned a lot from him, but it was only a drop in the bucket compared to the oceans of knowledge he had. I wish I could have learned more from him.

Although our plan to go salmon fishing never materialized, when I do go, I'll catch and release one in his honor...no...I'll smoke it and eat it on a bagel with cream cheese and think of him.

RIP my friend".

Well...I finally caught some salmon. It was fun. I wish we did it together. However, I did smoke most of it and it tasted great on a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese. I thought of you as I ate both the first and second one. i hope they have salmon where you are. I miss you lots!
