Dana M. Weise is a highly passionate student at the Academy Arts University in San Francisco. She is currently studying Commercial Photography at AAU. She currently has a General Associates Degree with a Specilization of Administration of Justice. Outside of photography she enjoys costuming and writing.

::Legalities::

Model releases: I require model releases for everyone.

Escorts: I do not allow male escorts, sorry, but I'm looking out for my own well being just as the next model would. I'm a tiny photographer chick and I worry about my safety as well. If you insist on a male escort- I will only accept if it's in a very populated location, ie: SF piers if you can't accept that request of mine, please do not ask to bring a male escort.

Moms: If you are of legal age (18+), I ask that you do not bring your mother to be an escort.

Under the legal age (18): You MUST have a parent as an escort, and one who is willing to sign a model release form.

Studio: I do not currently have a studio, so I scout locations that are acceptable, but if you know of one and it's not going to cause me issues with the place's owner- feel free to suggest. Or I do photography in locations that are outside.

Images: All images are rights reserved to Weise Studios, you may post them on your port if I work with you directly, but please credit. Also I do not allow people to alter my images, so that means- Model: if you don't like the way I touch up the image, please do not touch it up yourself or send it to someone else. I'm more than happy to work on an image if there's a specific one you like.

Concerning Cosplay: I will never charge for cosplay shoots, they are TfDP only. If you wish to buy prints, something can be arranged. However do keep in mind because they are TfDP their importance/retouching and publishing order will be pushed to the back of my queue.
