I'm Jon — owner and photographer at J81 Studios LLC, a commercial photography studio based in Western New England. My background is in advertising and design; before launching the studio I spent nearly two decades as an art director and creative lead working with ad agencies, in-house marketing teams, and large corporate brands. These days I run a full-service studio focused on product, fashion, and commercial work for brands, agencies, and businesses across the region and beyond.

I'm on Model Mayhem for two reasons:

Second, and more often — I'm scouting. A significant portion of my client work requires models, and I source talent here regularly.
