About Me

Jay Sylvester is an Award-Winning indie Horror Filmmaker, who graduated from New York Film Academy. He has written/directed 14 short films & 2 feature films. Some of his Writer/Director credits include the horror short films, PROPHECY (2011), DELUSION (2011), IMPRISONED SOULS (2014), THE KUKLA (2014), TASTE (2016), LÉA (2017), CARVE (2021), CARVED (2021), CARVERS (2023), CUPID (2024), PLAY (2020), & his award winning sophomore feature film, SOULMATE (2023), which is currently in the film festival circuit. Jay's lgbt thriller TASTE has won a total of 30 awards so far.

Aside from filmmaking, Jay also enjoys stepping in front of the camera for Modeling & Acting! Looking to build his Modeling portfolio with collaborative photographers, artists, and stylists. Interested in shooting Editorial, Print, Erotic, Fetish, Art, Underwear, & Nudes.
