My name is Vera and I’m Russian, though I live in China.
Now I’m a freelance retoucher, so I’ve joined MM to look through professionals’ works, get more experience and maybe even make some new acquaintances.
I used to have my own little business in Russia: I retouched and printed photos (mostly I did collages for family holidays, school-leaving parties and stuff; but sometimes I also did more interesting orders - like beauty and art retouch for local photographers, for ex).
As for my “professional knowledge”, I’m acquainted with Katrin Eismann’s books, which are very good as a basic Photoshop course. I’ve also watched video tutorials of Natalia Taffarel and Gry Garness, which gave me so much useful information about beauty retouch.
What else?.. Well, as a freelancer I’m always ready for interesting job ^__^
