Why I pay:

One of the joys about paying is that I am free to experiment, free to push the boundaries of what I would like to shoot, and also free to fall flat on my face. I often try things that don't work out. Sometimes I work a little harder to see if there's anything I can do to make it work. Other times, I know when it's best to scrap an idea and move on.

Continuing health issues mean I can only shoot up to 90 minutes. But I will pay for 2 hours . Now I am starting over / testing and learning retouching skills and want to focus on "lifestyle" images. Think of Horst P. Horst / Sieff / Hurrell  but with a more modern look.

I no longer shoot for stock, small circulation magazines or art galleries. If you email suggesting rates of £100 or €125 per hour, I will no longer reply. I appreciate that this does myself a disservice, but it is one I have come to accept.
