I'm Caesar,( most just call me MC) based in Queens, NY, but travel when needed. I have been creating beauty before digital cameras was created, so I'm not brand new to this business lol. I have been published numerous of time for many years. I create all genres, except weddings. Very open minded to creative ideas, collaboration make the best creation !
