Hello everyone, my name is Juan Pablo. I’m a photographer located in Costa Rica. I’m here to network and get to know people since I try to shoot with local models every time I travel.

I’ve played with cameras since I can remember because of my father, he always loved photography. I picked it up un 2013 while getting a degree on industrial design engineering, which I dropped to become a full time photographer in 2015. My design and communications background made me really versatile for commercial work, so I had shoot everything from food and product to interior design and architecture (CR market is not that big, that's why I'm all over the place), but what I always loved working with the human figure and I have a design background, that's how ended shooting fashion.

I usually shoot in studio but I live in a place surrounded by amazing beaches, so even I don’t do it a lot I love shooting swimwear.

I have worked with several brands for e-commerce and campaigns, and I had my work published in several publications both online and on print.

TF Work: Whenever I'm in New York or Miami I'm open to collaborate if the idea is good for our portfolios and my schedule allows it. To international models visiting Costa Rica, please notice I'm located in San José. If you are flying to Liberia Airport most likely we could be too far from each other, but we can arrange a booking for you to get cool pictures while on your travel so ask me anyway.
