"We met at another photographer’s, Mike’s friend Colin‘s, beautifully decorated house. The photos we created still resonate with me, they have a very emotional kind of magic for me. Mike is a film shooter and we built on the style he prefers to shoot. No smiles, but melancholic, moody, the more raw the better.
