Arianna Marino, is an Artistic Master Stylist with a strong background education. She has a passion for education, and has an exceptional knowledge of curriculum. Her talents, experiences and love of the craft are the driving forces behind her success as a Master Stylist and Educator.

Before joining Bellus Academy as the Academy Director, Arianna’s career was with Arrojo Education and Cosmetology School in Manhattan, New York as the lead educator and Academy Director. Arianna’s focus was on education and development of the academy’s cosmetology, advanced academy and cutting curriculum. Her responsibilities also included training professionals and future educators in Arrojo classic and advanced techniques in razor, scissor, color along with teaching methodologies.

She has enjoyed any chance to share her knowledge and passion with professionals and students as her ultimate goal is to elevate the perception of the industry and to expose cosmetology as a primer career. Arianna's career in Cosmetology started back in 1998 at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Soon after she joined Vidal Sassoon Beverly Hills and as such, has an outstanding technical skill set. From a young apprentice she rose through the ranks to become a Master Stylist who, aside from taking clients, trained Vidal’s own cosmetology students, apprentice stylists, and licensed professionals. Throughout her career she has created new looks for recording artists such as No Doubt (for Rolling Stone Magazine), styled celebrity hair for press junkets and fashion magazines, styled runway models and art directed fashion shows for the likes of Richard Tyler and Jeremy Scott.

Arianna believes your education and future often starts where you choose to attend cosmetology school and where you choose to continue your education once licensed. Hairdressers are no longer just hairdressers but artists and innovators of fashion and style. She strives to train future leaders and professionals in the industry; leaders who have world-class knowledge of how to cut, color, and style hair and believes knowledge is the key to success.
