Aleah Alvarado, a Puerto Rican girl born and raised in Harlem, was always fascinated by makeup. Ever since the age of three, she would carefully apply her mother’s lipsticks and shimmery shadows on her lids! At the age of 27 years old, she embarked on the journey of starting her own makeup line which evolved into a passion of makeover madness for women all over. Since July 2013, Alvarado has accepted numerous opportunities to work as a Freelance Makeup Artist.

In hopes to spread positivity and support while exploring her passion, Alvarado has taken various actions to ensure women's self confidence and self worth through her makeup artistry. Aleah Alvarado has provided women with free makeovers for the Violence Intervention Program, My Father's House International Church and Painting Promises Breast Cancer Fundraiser, an event orchestrated by Alvarado to raise money towards the breast cancer foundation.

Over the course of Aleah Alvarado's journey, she's been blessed with an international feature as the Makeup Artist of BLUE Reality TV Segment which aired in Toronto, Ontario on Rogers TV and the XS Network in November 2014 and again in March 2015. While in Toronto, Alvarado also performed makeup for Frenchie Davis for her show, "The Frenchie Davis Experience". Major work in her hometown of New York City consists of various features as a Makeup Artist including Designer Adrian Alicea's Sueño De Satyricon Fashion Show, Designer Richard Quinones' LBGT Fashion Show, Designer Kenya Smith's Planet Zero Motorsports Fashion Show, a collaborative photo shoot with Major Model Agency, YoTaxi Online Webseries and Alvarado has been working closely with Celebrity Stylist Pilar Scratch on monthly photo shoots via FashionGxd, Pilar's website catering to your monthly dose of celebrity fashion.

Aleah Alvarado is extremely passionate about her craft and looking to explore new outlets for growth. Continuously looking for new challenges and encounters, alone or amongst a team, Alvarado hopes to expand her portfolio with a wide range of work.
