About Me

I am an international award-winning photographer, recently named as one of the Top 60 Masters Of Contemporary Art In The World 2025, at an awards ceremony in Ferrara, Italy,  sponsored by ArtTour International. The Top 60 awards are commonly referred to as “the Oscars of the visual arts.” I was ranked #9 in One Eyeland’s Top 100 Photographers In The World for 2022. I was also ranked #12 in the world in Best Of The Best Photographers 2023. My work has been featured internationally in art shows and galleries.

My portfolio includes most genres of photography, as shown on my website. I’m always interested in creating images that have an element of mystery and suspense. I am inspired by the paintings of Edward Hopper. With a bit of Alfred Hitchcock thrown in for good measure.

I teach a 16-hour course on photographic creativity. I also offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring for beginning and intermediate photographers who are seeking to elevate their artistic vision.

My wife and I live in the rugged Texas Hill Country. I have photographed extensively on 4 continents.
