This site features simple, straightforward portraiture. I'm still aiming for the perfect monochromatic image. Haven't quite reached it yet, but I enjoy the journey.

I won't claim pro status, but "auto-mode" is not in my vocabulary. Every image presented here was made using professional-grade equipment.

Indoor sets were lit mostly via soft daylight streaming through large windows. One shoot relied on an ordinary floor lamp for lighting. Voila! Problem solved! The outdoor shots are 100% solar-lit.     

With one exception, all models were TFP. Some have extensive experience while others had none. All were enjoyable to work with as each contributed unique personality and style to the shoot.

All faults and flaws in this portfolio belong to the photographer. Of course, the models are the true source of its success. Many thanks to each of them.

My objective is simple: Create pleasing images by merging imaginative style with proven technique. But, also to have fun in a process where collaboration is key to success and enjoyment.
