I'm currently seeking models for specific art and photography projects. One involves figurative fine art and photography based on Arthur B. Davies 1914 painting "Day of Good Fortune" at the Whitney Museum in NYC, another specific life casting work for (face/head/hands/feet/or partial body) casting related to HydroCal casting work I am interested in completing similar to French plaster casting pieces from the 1920's in style as well as some classical and contemporary variations. If either of these interests you for paid work, or possible paid work in a studio setting for life drawing, message me. I own a commercial art gallery and working artist's studio in CT.

If I make a friend request it usually involves offering paid work and looking forward to hearing from ambitious individuals who take the time to read my profile bio - I always consider interesting collaboration requests.

As an artist and photographer, I really enjoy photography and working with people. I can sometimes offer a studio space for shooting to models at times as a courtesy who are seeking a safe space or interested in collaborative projects. 

If you are new to photography and modelling, I may shoot at a reduced rate or even free (time for digital files) if your ideas interest me. If you are just starting out in modelling I can point you in the direction of some wonderful resources to help with posing and building a portfolio too.

In recent years I've shot a range of portrait, figurative, and environmental photography ranging from industrial art to traditional work to nudes. I particularly like portrait work. I prefer to shoot In natural light, especially outdoors, those moments can often be fleeting, and capturing them requires patience and experience I have.  My photo sessions are always based around absolute professional respect for you as a model and your comfort zone.

Some other things to know:

- I work with Adobe software and handle my own editing and retouching. Please DO NOT message me offering editing/retouching services.

- I travel across the CT seacoast, occasionally to other points in New England. I'll travel to collaborate or do a shoot.

- For special collaborations I may offer a digitally printed catalog of work with a model/s. I have examples to show.

- I believe a model release is important to both you and I. In return for compensation, I generally ask for a release to be able to use photographs I take - on this site in my profile, a photography website, and for commercially publishing in the future as well as to show to future models or clients with whatever anonymity a model desires. I will do private work with guaranteed and absolute discretion.

- I've previously worked in and explored wet-plate collodion process portrait and figurative work and have a number of lenses and a couple view cameras. If that's an interest for you and you are looking for studio space to shoot in let me know, it's a fantastic process.
