I was born in Rehau/Ofr (Germany). After graduating from high school, I studied and trained in the field of computer science and initially worked as a software developer. In 1999 I started working with streaming technologies and since 2004 I have been working as an IT consultant for livestreaming events. In 2023, I switched to marketing and now mainly produce photos and films in the corporate environment.

I began my photographic career in the early 1990s as a self-taught travel and landscape photographer. In 2007, I sought a new challenge and began nude photography in the studio. Soon after, I merged my photographic passions. Thus, my "Epic Nudes" - nudes combined with imposing natural sceneries - became my trademark. After I was hired in 2015 to shoot the fashion spreads for a women's magazine, I once again added a new photographic discipline with fashion and editorial photography. Since then, I have focused exclusively on nude, fashion and travel photography.

In 2017, I initiated the founding of FotoForumForchheim (FoFoFo), a non-profit association for the promotion of artistic photography, which I still chair today. Since 2018, I have been a member of the international team of photographers around "Atlas of Humanity", an organization to document the ethnic groups of this world in an artistic way. In addition, I am active as a photo trainer and as the artistic director of "Fotopark Forchheim". My works can be seen in exhibitions at home and abroad.
