I am RETIRED and travelling… Burning my stockpile of frequent flyer miles on First Class upgrades, sailing from New York to Southampton on the Queen Mary 2 in May. Visiting London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin and Paris then back to Los Angeles. Next year Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, then Venice, Florence and Rome in Italy.

I only use this page as an archive of past projects, though I might on rare occasion do photography with people I meet here. I'm an experienced photographer who is no longer "building a portfolio" and do not offer modelling fees. I have downgraded to the free MM account which is limited to 50 images. I had to delete some faves, but (shrugs).

I bounce between various places such as Berlin, London, Paris, Glasgow, Edinburgh, San Francisco and West Hollywood, but spend most of my time in a place where it is always warm and sunny and the Pacific Ocean is a 10 minute drive from my house - a life of palm trees and anonymity...

My locations were often castles, church ruins or the crumbling remains of factories and asylums. I've had some adventures, taking 5 American models to 6 European countries and have hosted models from the UK and Germany in the US. I attended Wave Gotik Treffen, the world's largest dark arts and music festival in Leipzig Germany with 2 models in 2013 and 2014. I could write an interesting (and amusing) memoir about travels to include missed trains, volcanic eruptions, someone freaking out about a "portal" in a stone circle in Ireland and a "disturbed spirit" in a 1000 year old inn in Germany. Hmm. I probably shouldn't...

One model, a friend from Scotland, travelled 3,000 miles up and down the California coast with me, and in the Colorado Rockies to shoot in a ghost town. She has visited me in the US four times and we continue to travel together in the UK and EU working on a video project.

Speaking of which, I'm more into independent film-making these days. I made an experimental short a few years ago which won an award in a film festival in Los Angeles. My current production is a sci-fi short with scenes filmed in the UK, Germany, California and Hawaii.
