We primarily work with models for assigned projects, selecting them based on experience, fit, and concept. For all models beyond entry-level, these assignments are paid professional shoots with clearly defined scope, usage, and agreements.

We are also TFP-friendly on occasion, offering unpaid collaborative projects when the creative goals align or when supporting models in building or refining their portfolios. Whether paid or TFP, every shoot is planned, respectful, consent-first, and professionally executed. We value clear communication, creative collaboration, and long-term working relationships.
