It's been years since I've been on MM. A few years ago the world got...busier. And in that chaos I hunkered down and tried to resist. Resist what, exactly? Despair? Darkness? Defeat?

I'm done with that B.S. The world needs art, community, humanity. And I do, too.

And where do I find all that? Well, for art and humanity, I guess i'm looking here. What's more human than humans? I love humans!

And I sincerely adore the human form. The flow, the curves, the dynamic tension even when at apparent rest. I hope to capture some of that as I practice more.

I'm a fan of nudes, obviously, and casual looking shots. Obscured, foreshortened, shadowed bodies. . Natural lighting. Natural locations. Natural faces.

I hope to juxtapose bodies with angles, colors, shadows. Nominally erotic with innocent. Casual with sexy. Maybe bring the public private, and the private to the world. Parts are parts and should be celebrated.

I have no particular ambition, or need, to make photography a vocation. I hope to keep it fun and sexy. And maybe a little bit daring. And maybe, along the way, I might make a little art. And find a little humanity.
