About Me

Photographer, retired chess teacher, passionate about photography, music, art, and nature.  In my studio in midtown Manhattan, I love experimenting with different lighting, angles, and lenses to accentuate a woman's natural beauty, or to present interesting, aesthetically pleasing, or even humorous views of life. 
I also enjoy working outdoors, taking advantage of the wonders of natural light.  Photography is an exciting journey, and I am always looking for new and exciting paths to explore.

"I worked with David for the first time recently on my NYC tour and had such a wonderful shoot! He was so professional, respectful, kind and down to earth. His pre shoot comms were also first class. He was very good at setting up lighting and created fantastic angles and cropping which looked super on the back of the camera and very flattering for the model. also very warm and welcome person,i have plenty of choice for snack and drink.
