After over 20 years of working in automotive engineering, I’m preparing for the next phase of my life journey. Photography is something that I've enjoyed for a long time but set aside for several years while I raised two children. Now that the kids are grown, and me getting closer to retirement, I’m beginning to explore my vision of creating emotive portraits and assemble the results into a body of work.

Up until now, my learning has been self-taught with some experience in portraiture. I recently completed a Certificate in Digital Photography program through Cornell University to receive some formal training.

Currently, I’m exploring outdoor lighting and subjects expressing a pensive or melancholy mood. I joined Model Mayhem to collaborate with local talent on images which align with my vision and long-term goals.
