Friends (29)About Me
One of my most priceless assets is my authenticity. Grown from the age of six, I was already sharp, especially with my sensitivity to shadows, both in myself and in others. I can sense high and low vibrations. While this may serve me to avoid low vibration people, it actually emboldened me to lean in towards those with heavy shadows to contend with.
As I grew older, I learned about shadow integration, a Carl Jung psychologist who pioneered this work, meaning to have compassion for and embrace our shadows by integrating it with our twin spirits. This has propelled me on a nine year startup journey in creating a writing platform that helps people dealing with heartbreak, grief, and trauma to master the shadow by understanding how to integrate it with the spirit through creative writing and journaling at www.thelovestory.org. While journaling and leading others to journal this way these past five years, I’ve discovered my inner child’s love for music, acting, and now modeling. My experience with modeling actually started when I modeled for my own book cover that was published in 2019 called Diary of a Crazy Entrepreneur. Then, I started experimenting with AI digital art and augmented reality artforms, but the foundation has always been my inner girl as the source of inspiration, since what I preach in my non-profit is self-awareness and inner awakening of consciousness. I believe Urban Elegance means to walk with your shadows fully integrated with my spirit, meaning knowing all my flaws and fears, features and faith, are in full view and I accept and love all of me. I’ve overcome addiction, abuse, and cptsd trauma over the years. I’ve come a long way when it comes to increasing my self-respect and self-esteem. I’ve had to say no to a lot of things so that I can open the doors that the Universe has desired for me to go through. Raising my self-worth and value has been the last frontier to pursue for the rest of my life. The past year, I started acting and training as a Meisner actor. I landed 11 lead short film roles, 6 supporting short film roles, and countless background and video roles. Each project was a therapy session. I believe my body and my spirit has not only experienced art, but now is embodying art.
