Yo!

Welcome. I'm an artist and educator mainly working in the Oklahoma and north Texas areas. My background includes comic books, photography, tattoos, graphic design, graffiti, body painting, and painting on canvas. I've taught various forms of art at the middle school, high school, and college level but am an untrained, unconventional artist myself. Even though I have extensive experience in the art world, I'm always a student first. Currently, I'm working on two bodypainting projects as I prepare for a few shows over the next year. My goal is to improve my craft. I'm also interested in developing content and professional relationships with other creatives while also re-establishing myself in the art world. I took a long pause to pursue a doctorate in teaching and have been slowly diving back in since its completion.

My style is Contemporary Street. I like contrast. I like depth. I like what I call layered, accessible conversation pieces that can be engaged and connected with by the general public and professional artists. Outside of that, I try my best to be open to learning and incorporating new styles. I don't mind being humbled and learning from anyone willing to share.
