Helloo! My name is Ahlexxus, and I’m a self-taught, up-and-coming makeup artist with a deep passion for creativity and transformation. My love for makeup started in high school, but I didn’t take it seriously at first. During Covid, when masks covered half our faces, I began experimenting with bold, artsy eye looks. That’s when I truly fell in love with makeup and started dedicating time to improving my skills.

For a long time, I only did my own makeup—until one day, a woman reached out, asking me to do her birthday glam. I was terrified! I had never done anyone else’s makeup before, so I practiced twice before the big day. The practice runs were decent (maybe a 6.5/10), but the real challenge came when my anxiety skyrocketed during the appointment. I was so nervous that I barely spoke to her for an hour! But then, my mommom called, told me to push through, and reminded me that I could do it. That moment changed everything.

Since then, more people have asked me to do their makeup, and I’ve decided to take this craft seriously. MakeupMayhem is my journey to becoming a professional artist—one glam at a time!
