Photography has been with me since childhood — it all started when I received not one, but two cameras for my eighth birthday (a happy miscommunication between my parents). With a Smiena and a Vilia hanging around my neck, I felt like a real photojournalist from day one.
Soon after, I discovered my second passion: car rallies. Over the years, I’ve followed the evolution of rally cars and generations of drivers, all while upgrading my gear and refining my technique. This unique blend of speed and precision taught me to be alert, observant, and sensitive to fleeting moments.
I’ve been working professionally as a photographer for over 20 years. I specialize in portrait, personal branding, business, female and reportage photography. What drives me most is people — their emotions, personalities, and the stories they carry. I love listening, observing, and capturing the real and the unexpected in a way that feels both natural and refined.
Simplicity, authenticity, and aesthetics are at the core of my work. I approach every session with care and intention, aiming to create a comfortable space where true expression can unfold. I’m always open to new and unconventional challenges — they fuel my creativity and push me forward.
I believe a good photo is not just made with a camera. As one of my favorite photography masters, Henri Cartier-Bresson, once said:
„It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head.”
