I have been a commercial and product photographer for over 35 years working in the NYC/CT area.

My work is about the quiet intensity that lives in a person’s face and posture. I’m drawn to simple frames, uncluttered backgrounds, and a limited palette—often black and white—so that every nuance of skin, light, and expression becomes the subject.

These portraits sit between fashion and fine art. I use clean, controlled lighting and precise composition, but I’m chasing something emotional: the way a model’s gaze hardens or softens, the tension in a shoulder, the moment when elegance and vulnerability occupy the same space. The implied nudity in some images is not about exposure, but about stripping away distraction so the viewer meets the person, not the costume.

Each session is a collaboration. I guide posing and mood, yet leave room for the subject to bring their own history, strength, and sensuality into the frame. My goal is to create portraits that feel timeless, intimate, and quietly powerful—images that stay with you long after you look away.
