Model mayhem has been a good resource for me and I've also recommended many models join to expand their portfolio and make contacts.

I am currently specializing in shooting Latin male models in all of their varieties.  Since I am in California I have a quite a few models of Mexican and Central American descent, but I also travel and have shot in the Dominican Republic, Brazil and Colombia.

While working with experienced models is usually easier, I've done a lot of work with first timers as they start to build their own portfolios.  Experience isn't really a requirement for me.  Willingness to do your best, being professional about keeping appointments and when you are working as well as communication is what I value.  I will always save a generous portion of my time for  those who are new to this.  I think I have a facility to keep you at ease and to capture a natural looking picture that shows you at your best.
