I am a Los Angeles based freelance photographer. My focus is portraiture in built or natural environments. Recently I'm exploring how we women are seen and how we wish to be seen. I've performed on both sides of the lens.

I'd like to work with some new collaborators, especially people who have a specific project in mind.

Alignment with purpose is paramount to me. I believe in the transformative power of art and the artist’s responsibility to catalyze and deepen consciousness, advocate for human rights, and promote social and environmental justice. Empathy, inclusion, resonance, and attunement are valued.

I've been in LA (after nine years in Hawai'i) since 2023; I've been doing a lot of Cinema Events Photography, and also diving back into Fine Art Portraiture + Fashion/Weddings + Documentary/Photojournalism. (My birthdate here is not accurate, sorry. Just avoiding discrimination.)

My work been published in magazines (including photo-essays) and included in multiple juried online / physical-gallery exhibitions.

I've taught art and photography for people of a many varying ages and experience levels.

I am often paid for making photographs with subjects. I sometimes do the work in trade for talent's work and I give the digital files. I pay models and crew, etc. when the production includes such a budget.
