Update: I've really not been shooting much since Covid hit. This means no new work to post lately. But I want to start back up in 2021. So let's go shoot something soon. I would really like to do some Cosplay or Steampunk studio shots again in 2021. The Cosplay photos in my portfolio are mostly snapshots but I love going to Cons and Renaissance Faire to get these kind of shots.
About me, I started shooting in 1996 with small cameras. Mostly family things at first. Then landscapes and flowers. I have done many different people and places. From Hawaii to Florida. But I do most of my photography in and around Indianapolis or when traveling I always bring my camera. I like Cosplay, Steampunk, Fantasy, Fashion and maybe an interesting idea you bring with you. I enjoy shooting models of all ages and types. And Saturday works best for me, as I work a full time job during the week.
Now if you are a new model and need portfolio photos, message me here on MM. Getting more shots helps you get experience and improves your portfolio. We'll do TFP (that is Trade For Print or thumb drive in my case). You will get edited shots on a thumb drive. And I will use shots that I choose in my portfolio. (New models............Your Safety First.........Always.) If you are new to modeling, you'll need to learn some things. You can bring an escort to the shoot. When shooting with someone you don't know, consider bringing an escort to first time shoots, for your own safety. If a photographer won't let you bring someone with you to the first shoot, DON'T GO !!! If you have questions feel free to ask. I hope to work with you soon.
I received the following feedback to the escort statement above: "You would be giving models much better advice if you would tell them to check out the photographer's references, Verified Credits, and tags before working with them. A photographer who has multiple positive Verified Credits is most likely safe and will give the model far better photos than if she brings a boyfriend/bodyguard along to hang out in the studio during the shoot." So think about this, especially if you are a new model.
