PPD Retouching is a part of the Purple Party Designs service offerings. I have been doing mainly fashion retouching for the last 6 years. If you do a TFP shoot with me retouching is typically included for free for select images.

Examples of common retouches:

Correcting yellow looking pictures so colors look more true to life
Wrinkles
Bags/ Discolorations under the eyes
Skin discolorations
wrinkles in clothing
yellow teeth
Skin Softening
removing distracting background objects
Stray hairs
Low contrast pictures
Pictures shot in low-light

If you want me to retouch photos you have taken with other photographers, be sure to have the photographer sign a permission to retouch and display in personal portfolios. Basically it is a note or contract from the photographer saying it is okay for me to retouch the photo(s) and display it in each of our respective portfolios. Scan this and email it along with your request.

Basic 2-3 click overall color retouches start at $5 / photo

1. All work requires a 50% deposit to begin, paid using paypal or if you see me in person other payment methods are accepted.

2. Email me the original high resolution images (an image containing many pixels, not just a image with few pixels zoomed in on and resaved at a large size. You can tell by how grainy and blurry a photo is. If it is small and blurry, most of the time it is not worth retouching) OR if you have the image uploaded full size to a website send me a link to your photo. If you only have a hard copy of the image, i would also charge a scanning fee. If you scan the image yourself please scan at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher. Don't worry I will let you know if it is appropriate to retouched before charging you.

3. I would need to know what time you are looking to have it retouched by as well. Anything less than a week is considered rush and charged a rush fee.

4. In some instances for retouches that have alot of custom detail, I will email you back small, watermarked low-res pictures for your approval during the retouching process. Once you approve that things are going well, I will continue to edit your photos.

5. In the end, you pay the remaining balance via Paypal (purplepartydesigns@gmail.com) and I email or snail you the final retouched images.

I am able to do high-end retouching of close-up beauty shots, pore by pore for $30/ hour.
