Over the past three decades, I have dedicated my life to artistic expression. My professional journey has taken me from being an artist to a firefighter, where I have had the privilege of serving my community.

Throughout my life, oil painting, drawing, photography, and writing have been my cherished passions. Despite the demands of my business and the challenges of firefighting, I always return to these artistic pursuits when I return home.

My goal is to have a personal exhibition within the next three years. The last one I had was in 1999.

I am joining Model Mayhem because I have been painting more portraits and human figures lately, rather than nature. The only issue is that all my artwork right now is from downloaded pictures of models. That is why I am not posting it for copyright reasons and only using it for practice.

I have a couple of ideas that require me to hire a model to capture a specific pose for an oil-color painting that I have already prepared a detailed sketch of. I have been looking online and found that Model Mayhem is the highest-rated and safest platform to hire models remotely. They will send me the digital photo with the right to use, so I can start building a stock of my own work for my personal exhibition.
