I absolutely LOVE the creative aspects of photography, and I truly ENJOY working with fun, intelligent, and creative people.  I have worked with lots of AWESOME models, and I am very, very grateful for the wonderful opportunities we have to create memorable and dynamic images! 

RATES for Photography and Video
I charge $50/hour for outdoor portrait work In the Menomonie, WI area and $100/hour plus travel expenses for any other work.  Because I charge by the hour, you and your friends can split the expense of a session.  The fee includes web-sized proofs which you can edit and retouch yourself.  If you want me to retouch some of the images, the fee is $20 for basic retouching (face only, skin smoothing and blemish removal), and higher fees for extensive retouching or video production.  Retouched images include high-rez file and a COPYRIGHT RELEASE for you to make UNLIMITED numbers of prints in whatever sizes you wish.

Fully Equipped Photo and Video Studio
I maintain a fully equipped studio to serve most needs.  In addition I own 41 acres of secluded fields and woods which make excellent settings for outdoor fashion and boudoir sessions in all seasons of the year.

A significant portion of my business is on-location photography, in which I bring my professional lighting gear and backdrops to the locations of the client to provide a personalized photography and video experience.
 



TFCD and TFP
If models wish to be MUSES for my projects, they can get shoots for FREE.  All models must be over age 18 with appropriate IDs and also sign a comprehensive modeling release.  I will be choosing all the looks and concepts for the session, and models choose their level of modesty.

HIRING Models
I have limited opportunities for fit female models (dress sizes 0 to 6) with few to no tattoos for fashion and fine art shoots.  Models earn an hourly cash fee in addition to a series of professionally retouched images from the session.

"James is such a wonderful and sometimes silly guy! He was a delight to work with and had such fun and unique ideas for his photos.
