I'm a figurative realist painter in love with human faces and bodies. I express that love through drawing and painting. I create work by live observation of a model or through a combination of reference photos, body knowledge, imagination and memory to inspire the piece. My oil painting is solvent free to avoid poisoning people or the planet.

I love working with models (nude, clothed and in between). Tattoos, piercings, scars, stretchmarks, etc. are bonuses! My model-hiring budget is regrettably limited, but I respect your time, work and passion very much. I have also worked as an art model, so your comfort is priority and I don't undervalue anyone's efforts.

I have a studio in Tacoma but will travel for the right art opportunities! I like interacting with people in all creative genres. I'm especially interested in connecting with PNW figurative artists and both local and traveling models.
