My Background
I am trained and experienced in still photography, videography, motion pictures, and advertising design. I was a military combat photographer. I have worked at the Eastman Kodak Photo Illustrations Division, Marketing Education Center, and the Motion Picture and Audiovisual Markets Division. I was a photographer for UPI. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America Emerti. I have over 50 years of photographic experience; with over 25 years' experience as a wedding photographer. I have taught photography courses and have written a variety of articles on photography and currently I am writing another book on photography. I have been selected to be part of the elite international Model Society's Photographers' Council.  I have had my images published in multiple books, newspapers, and magazines.

On all shoots I require a pre-shoot meeting to discuss the shoot. I encourage the subject to bring someone with them to meetings and the shoot.

Personal Projects
I still shoot images for my own creative projects. I have a studio in our home.  I am working on another set of images for a new display and a new book of images.  Toward that end, I am interested in working with couples, dancers, yoga practitioners, actors & models, and people with "character" looks.  As you will notice from the images on this site I really enjoy working with dancers. On all shoots I require a pre-shoot meeting to discuss the shoot. I encourage the subject to bring someone with them to meetings and the shoot.
