Former figure competitor and lifelong fitness enthusiast, I bring a Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul approach to everything I do.

Today, my work has evolved into certified intimacy coaching, where I support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, their personal relationships, and the joy in a sense of wholeness. My foundation in health and wellness still runs deep, but my focus now extends beyond the physical—into emotional connection, confidence, and authentic expression.

My mission is to live, work, study, and love in a way that invites others to step more fully into their own lives.

I’m currently collaborating on shoots that reflect this evolution—capturing themes of empowerment, vulnerability, strength, and self-connection. I’m drawn to creative work that tells a story and brings depth to the visual experience.
