April 03, 2010 4:55pm I was going to ask if this was in oils, but I see the answer below. My only suggestion is that the values of the dark areas on the face need to be darker when the background is so dark, or it tends to look 'cut out.' I haven't looked at the original in a while, though; maybe it's similar....
