Nice use of shadows and light. I like the slightly out of focus execution as well - gives it a noir, edgy feel.

a dramatic and sexy B&W...

even though slightly out of focus, I like the "idea" behind the shot - your expression, your pose, and the play of light and shadow in the image...I see a lot of potential
