August 08, 2011 9:34am This is very creative, for a lot of reasons, foremost that it combines some elements rarely paired together in photography: nudity, abuse and the pregnant woman. Perhaps she's not being abused, but riddled with some strange affliction. It does seem as though she spends a lot of time on her knees. The expression on her face, considering the composure, is very interesting. Either way, this is a strangely heartfelt, sexy and provocative image. One of the best on MM, in my opinion.
