As powerful as your colors are against the muted and uniform background, and foreground ... with a huge rock that doesn't dominate or even compete, the pose leads us to your glance and holds us on your face ... and then we go back again. Cutely, as most might not see at once, if you cover just the muted triangle of the ocean at the upper left, the photo loses much of its depth and framing. You both worked so finely on this; and any studio would be happy to have this 3-ft x 5-ft on their walls or easel.
