it's all about Directing the talent and making the image unique... not necessarily about the camera... form what I am seeing in your port, you have the photographic ability, ask any of these car models if they would like to do a shoot after the event, outside in the city and then work your creative art.
just look at this model, she would be glad to get a few quality images for her portfolio.
